Ten of Wands

In a nutshell

Carrying more than you need to.

Upright meaning

Burden, but self-assigned — responsibilities piled on because you said yes to all of them, not because someone forced your hand. Close to the finish line, but worth asking whether everything you’re carrying actually needs to make the trip.

Reversed

In a nutshell: Starting to put some of it down.

The weight’s being redistributed — delegating, dropping what wasn’t yours to carry, or finally admitting the load was too heavy. Not collapse — relief starting to happen. The finish line’s still there; you’re just arriving lighter.
