In a nutshell: Too tight a grip, or none at all.

Smothering instead of nurturing — of a project, a person, or yourself. Or the opposite: total neglect, creative blocks, a well that’s run dry because nothing’s been put back into it. Check where you’re gripping too tight or not showing up at all.
